Meet Nikki, Lead Registered Behavior Technician

Nikki is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) at our Harford County center, where she’s worked for three years.

Nikki applied for the role of Lead RBT because she was fascinated by the analytical aspects of Applied Behavior Analysis as much as by working directly with clients.

Nikki loves having the opportunity to play a bigger role in developing client programs, as well as the opportunity to broaden her horizons working with lots of different clients.

“They are each so wonderful and so unique, and I can genuinely say they are all magical and fun in their own ways. As for myself, my dream is to go to grad school to pursue clinical psychology and continue to work in a therapeutic setting.”
