Meet Katie Z., Lead Registered Behavior Technician

Katie Z. has worked at our Carroll County center for a little over a year and a half, providing both feeding and early intervention services.

Katie became a lead tech because she decided to go back to school to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and the lead tech position provided her with the experience she needed to further her career.

In addition to the data aspect of the job, Katie really loves training other techs about each client’s individualized protocols.

Katie says: “I aspire to be the best BCBA I can be, and I really look forward to continuing to change lives with my work!”
