Meet Katie W., Lead Registered Behavior Technician
Katie W. is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead Tech) at our Harford County center, where she’s worked for almost a year and a half.
Katie began in the Early Intervention program but will soon be moving to the Intermediate program. She applied for the Lead Tech position because she knew it would give her opportunities to continue learning about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
“I love being a Lead Tech because it gives me the opportunity to work with almost all of the children we provide services to,” Katie said. “I love learning from our amazing Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and having the chance to help and see the progress our kids make every day.”
Katie hopes to return to school for her master’s degree. She plans to continue to work with children and further her career in ABA.
