Kate is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Harford County center.

The position allowed her to further her growth within the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field. She loves the one-on-one time with the kids and also helping create targets and goals. Kate enjoys sharing her knowledge with fellow RBTs.

Kate’s career goal is to stay in the ABA field working as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She plans to continue working with young children diagnosed with autism, and also with children dealing with trauma.
