Meet Jamie, Lead Registered Behavior Technician
Jamie is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead Tech) in the early intervention program at our Carroll County center, where she’s worked for one year. Jamie applied for the Lead Tech position to gain more experience toward becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
“I love being a Lead Tech because I’m able to develop stronger interpersonal skills by helping other techs, communicating to BCBAs about client programs, and being more hands-on in enhancing programs.”
