Meet Erika, BCBA, Clinical Supervisor
We’re pleased to announce Erika Greszler’s promotion to Clinical Supervisor in Harford County. She will oversee the work of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), as well as manage daily operations at the Center, in this newly-established role. Erika has been with us since December, most recently serving as a clinical BCBA.
At the Infinity Center, we utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach verbal behavior, adaptive, play, and social skills. Treatment varies based on each child’s individual needs.
“We have the great fortune of an amazing building and team of staff that allows us to provide the intense 1:1 programming our learners require, while also working on skills in the generalized play-based environment,” Erika said. “Kids love our superhero-themed decor and families appreciate our emphasis on developing important independent and social skills for every child to be their best, unique selves!”
For Erika, it’s more than a job. Seeing the improvements our learners achieve each day, leading to substantial gains over time, is the highlight of her work. She added, “One of the things I value most about my work is not only what I give to others in doing it, but the meaning it provides for my life, too.”
Our energetic learners have met their match. Erika has enough mental and physical stamina to outlast the kids! She likes to run, hike, kayak, and entertain her cat, Harley. The five and under soccer team is her favorite because “everyone travels as a pack and the goalkeeper is often the kid that really just wants to be outside and look at butterflies and clouds.”
Growing up in a military family, Erika described moving every couple of years as an empowering experience for her. She learned to be flexible and to try to focus on what can be done rather than what cannot.
Please join us in congratulating Erika and wishing her success in her new position!
